只须勤加训练，假以时日，你就能和朋友就电影的话题畅所欲言了。既然都会谈电影了，那样你必然会看电影吗？其实不然，看电影学习英语里面的门道多着呢。
现在市面上DVD影片字幕的中文翻译至少有20%的错误，多的可能达到40%还多，它们会非常紧急地影响到你对电影的理解。过去有这么一部电影：男女主人公谈了半年的恋爱，一天晚上，男的打电话对女的说，大家结婚吧，女的听了将来说,Are you kidding?,男的说，No,I am serious!女的说，好吧那大家结婚吧。而该影片的字幕是如何翻译的呢？男的打电话给女的说，大家结婚吧，女的听了将来说,你是基丁先生吗?,男的说，不,我是斯瑞而斯先生!女的说，好吧那大家结婚吧。最恐怖的是这个翻译从表面上居然也能自圆其说。
既然字幕翻译参差不齐，你就必须要坚持先看2-3遍没字幕的，然后再下载该电影的剧本，把剧本过一遍。先把剧本解决，然后再看一遍有英文字幕的，保证看着字幕理解是没问题的。然后从头再看没字幕的，如此下来假如完全能听懂的话，听力是没问题了。下面边看边跟读，模仿各种人物的每一句话，就像你是个配音演员，要做到惟妙惟肖。待你做到这步，口语的问题也就解决了。

要学习英语就要看最近的电影，由于里面有常常要用，需要要用的语言。但应该注意，像梅尔.吉布森和尼可.基德曼的电影由于带有澳洲口音所以也不推荐用来做模仿的样本。凯文.科斯纳的《与狼共舞》也不推荐，由于里面很多的用法印第安语。
目前你应该了解了，学习英语的片子应该是生活片，里面有很多的对白，应该选喜剧片，保证你学习的愉快心情。下面推荐发音超级标准，语汇简单，句型经典，尤其是省略句式很好的两部电影：标准女音电影 Sabrina 情归巴黎；标准男音电影 Dove 真伪总统。
